New Accounts Set Up Procedures

Payment of deposit, application fee and service agreement with identification is required at our office.
Service agreement/application form will be notarized. Customer identification will be verified. No drivers license number or social security information will be recorded.
Out of area customers will be required to have a copy of their service agreement notarized and mailed to our office with the deposit, application fee and application. We require a copy of a lease or a sellers/buyers agreement to set up service. This will verify proper deposit amounts.
Multiple names are allowed on accounts if both parties identifications are verified
